Director of Training & Development
Kristen brings a unique background to her role with Square One Systems. She grew up working on cars alongside her grandfather, father, and brother—experiences that ignited her passion for the automotive industry. Her impressive career spans running a Paintless Dent Repair company, managing OEM-certified collision repairs, and developing and delivering educational courses in these specialized areas.
With additional expertise in marketing and PR within the auto body industry, Kristen is perfectly positioned to expand our training programs and provide exceptional education to our partners and clients.
Based in St. Louis, Kristen enjoys hiking with her husband and dogs during her free time. True to her character, she’ll always pause whatever she’s doing to pet a dog!
